Howell Police Patrol Division

The Howell Police Department consists of 15 sworn officers who patrol the 4 square mile city 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Officers complete proactive patrol, answer 911 calls for service, complete traffic enforcement, and participate in community policing activities.  The department participates in the Livingston and Washtenaw Narcotics Enforcement Team (LAWNET) and the Livingston County Regional SWAT Team. The department has one Patrol Investigator position as well as a School Resource Officer.
